Our vacation homes are all within a 10 minutes' drive of Disney World. All are pleasant subdivisions within 3 miles of Hwy 192 (leading to both Celebration and Disney World) with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and attractions.

All major attractions and theme parks of Kissimmee and Orlando such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet 'n Wild and Gatorland are all within 15 minutes' drive.

Our rental homes are as you will see them here on our website - all tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable accommodations.

Most of the properties we offer have a private screened in pool and patio air-conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, iron, vacuum, and all silverware. In addition there is cable-TV, a VCR, a stereo system, hair-dryer and a two-car garage. Each home has 2-4 bathrooms. All linens are provided and fitted on to the beds. Also available are a barbeque, crib, highchair, and pool heat.

There can be no better way to relax on vacation after a full day's visit to a theme park than to experience the comforts of an Orlando Pool Home. We guarantee you not only the closest homes to Disney but the most attractive rates available.

All our homes come with spacious bedrooms, the master with a large walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with roman tub, and often an extra shower unit and King size bed. A second bathroom serves the other bedrooms, one of which usually has a queen-size, the other twin beds.

A hair dryer is provided as are all towels, quality linen and if required, a crib. There is a pleasant breakfast area as well as a bar opening on to the living room.

All units have full size washer, dryer and telephone. Our homes have double car garages, some also have automatic garage door openers. Sliding patio doors open onto a covered patio (which makes a delightful eating area) by the private pool.

Pool furniture is of course is provided. The living room in each villa is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas (one of which pulls out to a queen size bed), separate dining area, remote cable TV, VCR and stereo.
